SAVE Virginia Tech Hampton Roads Agricultural Research and Extension Center 
AREC should not be moved to Pungo! It is a valuable site for the public and should be more central for all. If it has to be moved move it to Suffolk or Isle of Wight. These places also have better soil as will as ease to visit.
